Best coffee when you need a " kick start "

I prefer this Starbucks over the one at 16th and Market. The service is good. The espresso isn't burnt and it's not crowded.

This Starbucks is better because: Compared to all the other S-b's in the area (and there are many), you can find a seat and enjoy your favorite brew with friends. Because of the extra seating in the lobby of the Hotel.

This location needs zero stars. They are slow and constantly taking among one another instead of making drinks and providing that on point level of customer service Starbucks I’m accused to.

Nice people behind the counter... Made a very cold Thanksgiving Day Parade not so bad for me and my kids.

Employees (95% of them at least) are friendly. I've been going to this branch for quite some time now and never really had an issue. They've always addressed it quick and efficiently if anything.

This is a small space with a larger sitting area outside the shop in the lobby of the elite condo building where the space is leased. The larger lobby is too dark and depressing, the shop manager should try to negotiate to have the lights in there turned on. Since there is a Starbucks on every block, this is not my favorite one to stick around in, but the lines are small to nonexistent. Not much in terms of street parking nearby.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to grab a delicious hot cup of coffee or a chocolaty frappe! I am huge fan of their Java Chip Frappe and Matcha Green Tea Latte!

All sweet othabthan the dirty restrooms 😲 + ther shouldnbe more than 2 let alone 1 of them is usually out of order 😡

I only stopped here with a friend as I think their coffee is overpriced and tastes like dirt or burnt dirt. 2 stars as the line moves fast and the employees are friendly.

This starbucks was a delightful place. The service was excellent and the experience was Great. Will be back love the attitude that the servers exhibited.

The visit was okay. Bagel was kind of hard. I ordered from the app. I had $3 in my app. My bagel was $2.70. The app took $25 out of my PayPal account. Called Starbucks customer service. They were responsive and helpful. Called PayPal. Had problems getting through. Finally got it resolved but I don't have my money back yet. Long story short...watch the app.

I absolutely love this location.The vibe is cute and the employees are GREAT.One of the baristas was super friendly and sparked up some nice conversation!They even suggested a great custom drink which will deff be my new go-to order.Shout out to them!

Great customer service!! Tasty products 😋. However their prices are out of control. $16.48 for 2 iced beverages and 2 pieces of poundcake? 🤔 That's a little ridiculous. However that's the company's doing and not this particular location. Store was very accessible as well as very clean. Good job everyone!!

They made my wife's caramel macchiato hot and they corrected it to a cold one at no charge. I got the hot Americano which was great.

Great location for just enjoying your purchase and sitting. There is a separate space to read do some computer work, etc., out of the way of foot traffic. Love it.

This place has the best coffee ever and there are a wide variety of choices.

I love this Starbucks for its extended seating in the back. Typically less busy than others in the city for same standard product.

i was really excited to go to a reserve store (as i am a barista at a lowly regular store) but they were closed at 6:45 when closing time for the day (that was posted on the door) was 7:30

The workers were all very friendly, had great customer service skills and got the drinks made in a timely fashion.

I think this is the first starbucks Ive been to where a staff member was like actively rude. It's still a starbucks. You know what you're getting, otherwise.
